Sologistics is a proudly family-owned logistics company based in Paarl, Western Cape, with 36 years of combined industry experience.
Founded by Louisa Pienaar in 2004 as a transport broking business, the company has steadily grown alongside her family. In 2007, her husband Pine joined the venture, and together they expanded the business to include the transport and warehousing of agricultural chemicals across the Boland region. Their son, Rohann, joined in 2015 after completing his BCom degree in Business Management, and now serves as the General Manager.
In 2023, Donneé Kruger joined the Sologistics team as Financial Manager. She holds a BCom Honours degree in Logistics and brings her experience in contract execution within the commodity industry.
Thanks to its central location in Paarl, Sologistics offers optimal access to farms and distributors throughout the region—ensuring timely, reliable delivery where it matters most.

Louisa Pienaar established the business in 2004 as a broking business, mainly focusing on the transport industry. In 2007, her husband, Pine, and she joined forces to embark on a journey of transporting and warehousing agricultural chemicals in the Boland. In 2014, their son, Rohann, also joined the company, and together they grew the company into a sustainable legacy.
